also, sharing tasks/lists is an important feature. Tasks for some reason doesn't feel as organised. switching from list to list is easier with To Do, with its 'index' screen displaying all lists. I feel the Tasks app itself isn't very intuitive. i'd prefer my events, reminders and tasks under the same ecosystem. when this is implemented and hopefully works more like To Do, i will gladly switch. There's also the Calendar integration: tasks with due dates are displayed on the web, but not on mobile-you need the separate app to view them all. add things i need to 'my day', then remove them as i pick them up. or to be able to quickly swipe/add things that can be removed (as you shop, for example) but not deleted from a master list. I would like for it to support lists of things due today, this week, etc., as To Do does. but hopefully Tasks will implement 'smart' lists in the future, right now it's (IMO) only useful for static lists. They won't acknowledge you if you submit bug reports, and they won't provide you support beyond referring you to any FAQ type help stuff on their website (if that.) Microsoft To Do support is non-existent.Starring items does not move them to the top of the list, and there is no option to do this.If you're working through a store, checking off items, you cannot rely on To Do to give you updated info in a timely manner. Syncing between shared lists is not nearly as reliable as with Wunderlist.Often introduced bottom-up by employees who start using it. When you search Miro vs Mural on Reddit, many users seem to prefer Miro’s visual features and user-friendliness: They innovate and improve at an insane pace. When the shared list is done syncing to the invitee's device, it is ordered differently than the list owner's, and sorting it in the same way does NOT fix it. We took to Reddit to see where people land on the Miro vs Mural debate. It doesn't recognize that you also had this list sync from Wunderlist and instead creates a duplicate of the one that already synced, which you then must delete manually. When the invitee (the person re-joining via the link) accepts the invitation, Microsoft To Do, duplicates the list and syncs it as if it were a completely foreign list.Invite sharing isn't done intelligently in-app, it generates an external link that the other user must click. When you and a friend import from Wunderlist, one of you needs to invite the other to join each and every shared list again one by one. Shared lists are screwed up in TONS of way.Unfortunately, if a business wants to be compliant and run legit software but cannot afford to do so, andor requires only basic features (which covers 90 of the cases) free alternatives are always worth having a look. If you're enrolled in the Dev Channel are looking for some steps on how to enable the new File Explorer, we have a guide for that which can assist in getting the new features.Yet it still is a very poor replacement for Wunderlist, at least for my uses. When a tool owns majority of the market share, compatibility issues are not a problem as everyone is using the same tool. The Dev channel, meanwhile, got the newly redesigned File Explorer, along with other changes. Microsoft is not documenting any changes for build 22621.1835, which suggests that one might just be fixing the bugs that Windows Insiders have reported.Įarlier in the week, Windows Insiders also got a new Canary Channel build, though there weren't any changes documented. This same build also makes it easier to control whether to use cellular when Wi-Fi is available but poor, using a new toggle that has been added to Settings. You'll have to download the voices, and then install them, and select them from the drop-down menu. The new Spanish (Mexico) voices will be listed as Microsoft Jorge and Microsoft Dalia. You'll see the new Chinese voices as Microsoft Xiaoxiao and Microsoft Yunxi, the new Spanish voices as Microsoft Alvaro and Microsoft Elvira. Then, under Narrator voice, select the add button and add natural languages. If you want to get to these new voices, press Windows Key + Ctrl + N.
